Board Certified Dermatologist
Dr. Smith is a Board Certified Dermatologist. He brings years of vast experience in all aspects of medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology to the Pacific NorthWest.
Currently, Dr. Smith served as the past President of the Washington State Dermatology Association. Dr. Smith is additionally a member of the American Academy of Dermatology, the American Society of Dermatological Surgery, the American Society for Mohs Surgery, the Association of Military Dermatologists, the Washington State Dermatology Association, and Alpha Omega Alpha (national honors medical society).
Due to Dr. Smith's expertise, he has been a national trainer for lasers and dermal fillers. Additionally he has been frequently consulted by other medispas and laser companies for his expert opinion. He has authored numerous dermatology journal articles and chapters. Additionally he has given numerous academic dermatology lectures locally and nationally. Dr. Smith has also spoken on local and national pharmaceutical speakers bureaus.
Local TV and Radio stations turn to Dr. Smith's dermatological expertise on current issues. He has been a frequent guest on Good Morning Northwest educating the audience on a vast array of cosmetic and medical dermatology issues. Additionally, he periodically writes the "Ask the Skin Expert" articles for The Entertainer Newspaper. Frequently Dr. Smith does live cosmetic demonstrations and lectures at local expos and shows.
Dr. Smith is bilingual in Spanish and English.
Dr. Smith graduated from Brigham Young University, University of Utah, and with honors from Ponce School of Medicine. He completed his Transitional Internship at William Beaumont Army Medical Center, Fort Bliss, and his Dermatology Residency at the San Antonio Uniformed Services Health Education Consortium at Brooke Army Medical Center, Fort Sam Houston, and Wilford Hall Air Force Medical Center, Lackland Base.
During his almost nine years of active duty service in the United States Army, Dr. Smith served as Chief of Dermatology, Teaching Staff for Dermatology Residents & other residents, and as the Theater Dermatologist in Baghdad, Iraq.
In our local communities besides offering numerous FREE Skin Cancer Screening events, he serves as the Scoutmaster for the local Boy Scout Troop 911. Dr. Smith himself was an Eagle Scout and knows first hand the importance of Scouting. He spends countless hours with the boys to not only have fun and learn, but he is passionate about helping each one of them achieve the rank of Eagle Scout.
Dr. Smith is better known as Sidney's dad, the twin's father, or Rosy's husband. His six passions in life are his Family, his Faith, Chocolate, Exercise, Sun Block, & Dermatology.

Board Certified Dermatologist
Dr. Peck was born and raised in Selah WA. After receiving his BA degree in Anthropology from the University of Washington in 1999, Dr. Peck began his stay on the East coast. Dr. Peck received his MS and PhD degrees in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from Georgetown University in 2000 and 2003. Dr. Peck received his MD from Drexel University School of Medicine in 2007. Following medical school, Dr. Peck completed his intern training at Crozer-Chester Medical Center in Upland PA, and both his Dermatology residency and Dermatopathology fellowship at Drexel University College of Medicine in Philadelphia PA. During the final year of his residency Dr. Peck served as the Chief resident.
Dr. Peck is an avid fisherman and golfer and greatly enjoys speading time with his wife and 3 year-old son.
Dr. Peck is currently a Fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology and a member of the American Society of Dermatopathology.
Mid-Level Skin Specialist ProviderTroy is a board certified physicians assistant specializing in medical dermatology, dermasurgery, and cosmetic dermatology. He has practiced as a dermatology physician assistant since 2002, in Texas, Oregon and Washington State.
Troy graduated Magna Cum Laude from his physician assistant program at the University of Nebraska Medical Center in 2000. He served as the Chief Physician Assistant for Wilford Hall Air Force Medical Center, San Antonio, Texas from 2001 to 2004 where he received his dermatology training at the San Antonio Uniform Services Health Education Consortium residency program.
After being raised and educated on the West Coast, Troy enlisted in the United States Air Force, where he served until his retirement in 2004. After his service in the USAF, Captain Troy Davis and his family retired to the Pacific Northwest. He is an avid outdoorsman, enjoys hunting, fishing, motorcycle riding, playing guitar and spending time with his beautiful wife and his lovely daughters.
Dermatology Certified Nurse Practitioner
Nurse Practitioner Kathy Stidham graduated Magna Cum Laude from Washington State University. There she earned both her bachelors and masters degrees in nursing. She joined our family as a Nurse Practitioner in 2007 and has vast experience in health and skin care. She has years of experience in critical care, emergency nursing, staff development, pulmonary and sleep medicine.
Nurse Practitioner Stidham excels in dermal fillers (Radiesse, Perlane, Juvederm, Belotero and Restylane) and Botulinum A Toxin injections (Botox Cosmetic or Dysport). She also is certified in Silkpeel Dermalinfustion, Cutera non-ablative lasers and Cutera Pearl ablative lasers. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her six grandchildren, shopping at Nordstrom, reading and eating dark chocolate.
Rosa brings her background in Business and Hospitality experience to our mix. In the past she has worked on the development of a cosmetic dermatology office, a recycling office, and hotel concierge levels in addition to business management positions. At DermaHealth Dermatology & Dermasurgery, she started from the ground up in creating a welcoming and comfortable clinic for you to have an exceptional experience while being treated.
Rosa has a bachelor's degree in Business Management from the Pontifical Catholic University in Puerto Rico. Fortunately for us she is bilingual in English and Spanish to better serve you, our patients.
She loves spending time with her husband, three wonderful boys, the family’s Fila Brasileiro dog, ten chickens and a turkey. She has enjoyed settling down here in the Tri-Cities, especially compared to the constant moving around that the family did while in the military. Her favorite vacation spot is still visiting her native Puerto Rico and spending time on the beach. Yes, of course, she and her family do practice "Be Sun Smart!".
